What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer a flat rate shipping method through our carrier provider – DHL. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

On average, it can take anywhere from 3 to 9 business days for your order to be ready to ship out. When ready, our items are shipped from our Indiana warehouse and shipping can take anywhere from 3 – 10 business days (varying on your location.)

*Domestic packages shipped to an American address will most likely be delivered closer to 2-4 business days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide! If you get to checkout and it doesn’t show the price for your specific location, feel free to contact us here and we will sort this out for you.

There’s 2 questions to ask to figure this out.

How Do I Track My Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you immediately contact us after you order your product we can 100% guarantee that your order will be cancelled/changed and/or refunded. If you contact us a few days after your order is placed and the clothing has been manufactured, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order. Nevertheless, you can still contact us and we will try our best to resolve the situation.  

What Should I Do About This Patch Inside Over My Embroidery?

Having a residue patch on the inside of the garment is completely fine and easily removable. All that needs to be done is to pull the patch off with your fingers as seen in this GIF. This won’t affect the embroidery or the item in anyway at all. 

Do I Need An Account to Place An Order?

No you do not need an account to place an order. On the other hand, we strongly do recommend that you create an account with your order as makes it a lot easier to track and look at the orders you have made 🙂 

What’s Your Return Policy?

Every single article of clothing that is bought on this website is custom manufactured to your specific selection that you have chosen – size, colour. Due to this custom nature, we are only able to process refunds if there has been a printing error or if the item has come to you broken. If your product has come to you this way you can contact us hereIf any other issue has occurred you can still contact us and we will try our best to resolve the situation 🙂
